2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Items purchased under Final Sale / Clearance / Discount above 40% are non-returnable.

- Once verified, our team will arrange pickup through our logistics partner (where available).
- In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
- For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer / UPI after confirmation.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available for size or product replacement (subject to stock availability).
- If your preferred item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
- In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
- Our team will verify the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Accessories (e.g., jewelry, masks, etc.)
- Custom-stitched or altered products
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they can only be processed through return after delivery.
- Prepaid order cancellation will be refunded to the original payment source.
9. Shipping Cost for Returns
- If the return is due to product defect or wrong item shipped, we will bear the reverse shipping cost.
- In all other cases, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund.
